The above image was created to pay tribute to my word of the year in 2020: "Forward". Rather than attempting specific resolutions every new year, I've found it more helpful to focus on a theme to guide decisions throughout the year. 2020, for me, is all about gathering the ideas I've been developing for a long time and moving forward with them, allowing the process of showing my work to inform their development. Above are three digital concept sketches for a planned series which will depict some of the many Guardians of the Creative Spirits. In the Lost Rest universe, Guardians act is chaperone's between the Creative Spirits and the physical plane.
